Getting Started

CancerIQ (Cancer Intelligence Quotient) is an affiliated data mart that provides investigators with access to high quality demographic, phenotypic and genotypic information data needed to advance discovery in any oncology research domain. Because of the comprehensiveness of CIQ’s data model, it can be used to support a wide range of research – from basic and translational research, to evidence-based medicine and outcomes research initiatives.

Investigators with IRB-approved research protocols get direct access to an easy-to-use research portal where they can access cleaned and curated data, query the institution’s cancer patient population on a de-identified basis, manage individual projects, and export data for further analysis.
